Sometimes upgrading software can be a pain, huh? Yeah, I know it. Is it just me, or have these software developers become irritated with us and are actually going out of their way to make simple tasks more difficult in each new software version? Well it certainly feels that way to me.
But upgrading software, whether it be your operating system or your favorite photo program, doesn't have to be a pain. Not with me at least.
Pain Free? How?
I wish I could push a magic button and make all software make sense... but I can't. Software will sometimes just not make sense and you'll be scratching your head saying "Why did they do it like this?". But I can help you with upgrading to the latest version and work with you on exploring all the new kinks and making sure your new software works with all your existing software, file types, hardware, drivers, operating system, ect.
I could easily bore you with the details, but that wouldn't make it pain free, now would it? Just know that what I do is take care of all the headaches associated with software upgrades. The only time your attention is needed is when I walk you through the program and give you a rundown of the new software and show you, hands-on, where everything is. And when I mean "hands-on" and "show you", I don't mean your looking over my shoulder as I move from menu to menu at the speed of light and then say "Get all that?" like geeks do... I mean I actually sit you down in front of your new software and show you, at your own pace, where all new features are and what, if any, new requirements are needed to work your new software.
